DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORGANIZATION
1.To  facilitate the training of self-awareness, entrepreneurship and finance to youth, women and the disabled people.
2. To promote, Develop and teach VICOBA SUSTAINABLE  for young people, women and the disabled people.
3. To encourage young people, women and the disabled to enter into investment activity.
4. To make sure the youth, women and disabled people and their members are involved in development activities to prepare projects.
5. To organizing and conducting seminars and training courses for youth, women and the disabled people.
6. To solve the challenges of youth, women and disabled that make them achieving their goals of living a better life.
